- Green & Black Olives, chopped
- Balsamic BBQ chicken {leftover, recipe coming}
- Cucumbers, chopped
- Gargonzola Blue Cheese {costco}
- Top with any sweet vinaigrette, {this one is raspberry}
This salad was just something I came up with with the random stuff we had leftover from our Last Supper/Passover Dinner last Thursday, along with some things I always have on hand. It turned out soooo good! I love the gargonzola... not super blue-cheesy, but tangy and robust.. so yummy!
