Getting married at 19 and 18 has its disadvantages. The biggest one being you can't book 99% of hotels without an adult over the age of 21 present. We found the ONLY Hotel that would let us book a room at our age was the Howard Johnson Hotel on South Main Street in St. George, Utah.
So, we just hung out in St. George for our "Honeymoon".

The first place we lived together was the basement apartment underneath my Aunt Heather's house in Cedar City, Utah. 271 S. 100 W. Grandpa Eddie Erickson agreed to let us live there for free. Jaron transferred from the Mesquite Pizza Hut to work at the one in Cedar. I got a job at the Little Brick House sandwich shop that was just down the road at the time.
